The Egri Csillag is the local white field blend crafted in memory of the ancient wayfarers who followed the glittering star ("Egri Csillag") on their way to Eger. Egri Csillag must be comprised of at least 3 grapes, with at least 50% of the wine coming from native grapes. Titi's Egri Csillag is medium-bodied and dry, with flavors of white flowers, lemongrass, and an elegant minerality on the palate. Fermentation in stainless steel and bottled fresh.
