From the tiny 2 hectare winery of Gergő Filep and his father in Tállya, Tokaj comes this limited 2017 Furmint. Peppery and fragrant, with savory herbs, pears and crabapple on the palate. Deep and concentrated, with a long lingering finish.

Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and aged for 10 months in third-use 500 L Hungarian oak. Unfined, vegan. Practicing organic.
