A complex single varietal Hárslevelű from 50 year old vines in János Árvay's small family estate in Mád, Tokaj. Soil is mineral- rich, with basalt, limestone, and iron. Aromas of dried apricot, thyme, honey and petrol. Quince, dates, dried figs, and lemon- lime freshness on the mouth. Medium bodied and dry. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts. Certified organic, low sulfites added.
