Mád Human Furmint
Furmint from Lenkey's certified organic vineyards of Holdvölgy, Kishegy and Vilmány in Mád. Soil is mineral-rich, with basalt, limestone and iron. Yellow fruits and tart crabapple on the mouth, with bright integrated acidity. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Aged for 20 months in neutral large Hungarian oak, and bottle aged for an additional 3.5 years before released. Certified organic, low sulfites added. 3672 bottles produced.
