Szent Donat's Methode Traditionelle Brut Kékfrankos rosé is from organically-grown grapes on the volcanic slopes of the Tihány peninsula, on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. The wine was fermented spontaneously in stainless steel and spent 4 years on its lees. The cool 2014 vintage resulted in high acidity, resulting in a bright, fresh kékfrankos brut rosé, with savory flavors like cranberries, herbs and grapefruit. Organic farming, limited production.
