Somlói Vándor's Juhfark comes from the distinctively fiery terroir of Somló, an extinct volcanic butte located north of Lake Balaton. This Juhfark is smoky and rich, with white pepper and savory flavors on the nose and mouth. Delicate clean finish. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months in 500 L used Hungarian oak. Clay, sand, loess and volcanic basalt rock soils. Certified organic, low sulfites added.
