Somlói Vándor's Juhfark comes from the distinctively fiery terroir of Somló, an extinct volcanic butte located north of Lake Balaton. This Juhfark is smoky and rich, with juicy tropical fruits and earthy funky savory flavors on the mouth. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months in 500 L used Hungarian oak. Clay, sand, loess and black basalt rock soils. Certified organic, low sulfites added.
